劳模精神能够融入思想政治理论课是因为二者具有高度契合性,具体表现为其与高职思想政治理论课教学内容、课程目标和深化改革创新相通,且都统一于实现中华民族复兴的伟大征程,回应着学校培养高素质技能型人才的现实需要。从学理基础、现实依据、方法策略三重维度揭示劳模精神融入高职思想政治理论课的科学合理性、操作可行性和路径导向性,旨在为劳模精神融入高职思想政治理论课提供基本思路和有效路径。

The spirit of model workers is highly compatible with the ideological and political theory courses of higher vocational colleges.Specifically,it is interlinked with the teaching content,the course objectives,and the deepening of reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses of higher vocational colleges.Both are unified in the great journey of realizing the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and respond to the practical needs of the schools to cultivate high-quality talents.This paper reveals the scientific rationality,operational feasibility and path orientation of the integration of model worker spirit into the ideological and political courses of higher vocational colleges from the three dimensions of theoretical basis,practical basis,and method and strategy.It is intended to provide basic ideas and effective paths for the integration of model workers’spirit into the ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges.
