课程思政背景下继续教育培训体系创新探讨

摘要 继续教育培训体系更新需新维度的切入以解决教学前沿工具性大于人文性问题,课程思政改革需以学科为载体挖掘课程中的德育元素,达到立德树人的教育根本目标,二者互为需要,共同发展。以小学语文教师为例,运用问卷调查、访谈、听课、诊课等方法对2021年参加继续教育的一线800名教师进行调研,获得继续教育体系更新与课程思政改革并举的数据支撑,从培训需求、培训体系、培训成果三方面分别阐述二者相互渗透、相互融合的路径与操作方式,最终实现全面育人,完成为国家输送高技能教育人才的培训总目标。 The renewal of continuing education training system needs a new dimension to solve the problem that the instrumentality of teaching is greater than humanism.The reform of“curriculum ideological and political education”needs to take the courses as carriers,excavate the moral education elements in the courses,so as to achieve the fundamental goal of“building morality and cultivating talents”.The two sides can complement each other and develop together.This paper uses the methods of questionnaire survey,interviews,attending classes,class diagnosis,etc.to investigate the 800 primary school Chinese teachers participating in continuing education in 2021,and obtains the data to support the renewal of the continuing education system and the“curriculum ideological and political education”reform.It expounds the path and the operation mode of the integration of the two sides from the aspects of the training needs,the training system,and the training results,so as to finally realize comprehensive education and achieve the overall goal of training highly skilled educational talents for the country.
