农科高校教师教学能力提升实践探索

摘要 突出人才培养是我国高等教育的时代使命,人才培养质量是高等教育的生命线,本科教学是人才培养的重要基础。文章以西北农林科技大学为例,全面分析该校在实施振兴一流本科教育进程中,教师在践行教学中存在的主要问题及原因。通过构建教学激励机制保障体系,对教师的教学认知能力、教学反思能力、教学研究运用能力、教学技能能力、教学团队建设等五个方面能力的提升,进行实践和探索,取得良好的效果,为高校教学研究和教学实践提供经验与参考。 The cultivation of outstanding talents is the era mission of higher education in our country,the quality of talent cultivation is the lifeline of higher education,and undergraduate teaching is an important foundation for talent cultivation.Taking Northwest A&F University as an example,this paper comprehensively analyzes the existing main problems and causes in teaching practice in the process of revitalizing first-class undergraduate education in our school.Through the construction of a teaching incentive mechanism guarantee system,teachers'teaching cognitive skills,reflection skills,research application skills,teaching skills,and team building skills are improved through practice and exploration,and good effects have been achieved,thus providing experience and reference for teaching research and practice in colleges and universities.
