吉林市乡村振兴与脱贫攻坚衔接相关问题研究

2020年全面建成小康社会任务完成后,要做好乡村振兴与脱贫攻坚相衔接的工作任务。针对当前出现的政策衔接以及贫困群众思想转换和内生动力不足的情况,根据吉林地方实际,制定的设立衔接过渡期,创新乡村振兴与脱贫攻坚一体化机制、鼓励多元产业发展,夯实产业帮扶成果、积极培育主体意识,激发群众内生动力、实行动态帮扶,做到一事一议等方面的措施,确保乡村振兴与脱贫攻坚顺利衔接,为全面推进乡村振兴打好基础。

After the completion of the task of building a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020,we should do a good job in the connection between rural revitalization and poverty alleviation.In view of the current situation of policy convergence and the lack of ideological transformation and endogenous motivation of the poor people,and according to the local reality of Jilin,it is formulated to establish a convergence transition period,innovate the integration mechanism of rural revitalization and poverty alleviation,encourage the development of diversified industries,consolidate the results of industrial assistance,actively cultivate the subject consciousness,stimulate the endogenous motivation of the masses and implement dynamic assistance.Measures should be taken to ensure the smooth convergence between rural revitalization and poverty alleviation,so as to lay a good foundation for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.
