乡村振兴背景下县域青年参与乡村治理的方式研究

脱贫攻坚谋幸福,乡村振兴谋复兴,两者相互衔接实现城乡共同富裕。新征途,新使命,在振兴乡村的事业中到处都有县域青年忙碌的身影,他们参与到乡村治理的各个环节里,让乡村焕发出新的生机、新的希望。文章结合当前县域青年的现状,分析县域青年参与乡村治理的方式,提出如何提升县域青年参与乡村振兴的建议,加大对县域青年的科学引导和鼓励培训,让县域青年投身乡村振兴的事业中。

Get rid of poverty and strive for happiness,rural revitalization and rejuvenation,the two combined with each other to achieve common prosperity in urban and rural areas.On the new journey,there is new missions.In the cause of revitalizing the countryside,there are busy youths everywhere in the county.They participate in every field of rural governance,thereby can make the countryside take on new looks,exhibit new vitality and enjoy new hope.Based on the current situation of county youth,this paper analyzes the ways for county youths to participate in rural governance and puts forward some suggestions on how to promote county youth to participate in rural revitalization,so as to increase the scientific guidance and training for county youth and make young people in the county participate in the cause of rural revitalization.
