祛寒化瘀法治疗面神经炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Dispelling Cold and Removing Blood Stasis Method in the Treatment of Facial Neuritis

目的探析祛寒化瘀法治疗面神经炎的临床疗效。方法将96例面神经炎患者随机分为研究组与对照组各48例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予祛寒化瘀法。2组患者均治疗4周,治疗前后比较简易Portmann评分及治疗后临床疗效。结果2组经过临床治疗4周后,在临床疗效方面比较,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);简易Portmann评分比较,研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论通过对面神经炎患者采用祛寒化瘀法治疗,可以显著提高临床疗效,改善患者的临床症状,促进面部神经功能的恢复,提高患者的生活质量,临床经验值得进一步加以推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of dispelling cold and removing blood stasis method in the treatment of facial neuritis.Methods 96 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of facial neuritis were randomly divided into study group of 48 cases and control group of 48 cases.The control group was given conventional treatment of western medicine,and the study group was given dispelling cold and removing blood stasis method on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The simple Portmann score and clinical effect before and after treatment was compared.Results After 4 weeks of clinical treatment,the study group was superior to the control group in clinical efficacy(P<0.05).The simple Portmann score of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The dispelling cold and removing blood stasis method in the treatment of facial neuritis can significantly improve the clinical effect,improve the clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of facial nerve function,and improve the quality of life of the patients.The clinical experience is worth further popularizing.
