因郁致病与因病致郁浅析

Analysis of Depression-induced Disease and Disease-induced Depression

文章通过对“郁”的含义、症状、病机、情志等方面的分析,阐明“郁”与“病”之间互为因果、互相转化的关系,分析了“因郁致病”与“因病致郁”的内在联系、形成原因以及各自的临床特点,提出临症治疗时应注重“郁”在疾病中的影响,切莫形成“郁-病-郁”的不良循环模式,及时调摄情志,使医学模式向“生物-心理-社会”医学模式转变,以提高临床治疗效果,服务于临床治疗。

Through the analysis of the meaning,symptoms,pathogenesis and emotion of“depression”,this paper expounds the relationship between“depression”and“disease”,which are cause and effect and transform each other,this paper analyzed the internal relations,causes and clinical features of“depression-induced disease”and“disease-induced depression”,and pointed out that the influence of“depression”in diseases should be paid attention to in clinical treatment,do not form the bad circulation pattern of“depression-disease-depression”,adjust the emotion in time,make the medical pattern change to“biological-psychological-social”medical pattern,so as to improve the clinical treatment effect and serve the clinical treatment.
