从五运六气角度对儿童新型冠状病毒肺炎患疫风险分析

Analysis of the Risk of COVID-19 in Children Based on Five Evolutive Phases and Six Climatic Factors

自2019年12月新型冠状病毒肺炎发生以来,疫情迅速向全国及世界各地蔓延。在已知的发病人群中,儿童所占比例较小,且多为轻症患者。该文从五运六气角度出发,结合儿童的运气禀赋特点,分析各阶段的患疫风险,提出相关防治策略——“补脾泻肺疏肝”治疗大法。此外,可以根据各属年份五行、六气的盈亏强弱,辅以补母泻子或者寒热平调等治法。

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in December 2019,the epidemic has rapidly spread across the country and around the world.Children account for a small proportion of known cases,and most of them are mild.This paper,from the perspective of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,combined with the characteristics of children’s physical endowment of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,analyzed the risk of getting infected with epidemic diseases at each stage,and put forward relevant prevention and treatment strategies—the treatment of“tonifying the spleen,purging the lung and relieving the liver”,in addition,according to the strength and weakness of the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in each year,supplemented by the treatment of reinforcing mother and reducing child or reconciling the chills and fever.
