自制补气养血膏辅助激素替代治疗卵巢功能衰退临床观察

Clinical Observation on Hormone Replacement Therapy with Self-made Buqi Yangxue Syrup in the Treatment of Diminished Ovarian Reserve

目的研究自制补气养血膏辅助激素替代治疗卵巢功能衰退的临床疗效。方法将广东省河源市中医院2019年1月—2021年1月收入的40例卵巢功能衰退患者进行研究,随机分为对照组和研究组各20例。2组患者均给予芬吗通常规治疗,研究组在此基础上加服自制补气养血膏,观察2组激素指标、月经情况与中医证候、Kupperman评分。结果治疗前2组激素指标差异无统计学意义,治疗前2组月经量、月经评分、中医证候评分、Kupperman评分并差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。治疗后研究组FSH、LH、E2低于对照组,月经量、月经评分优于对照组,中医证候评分、Kupperman评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在卵巢功能衰退患者中,采取激素替代治疗联合自制补气养血膏,能够改善患者围绝经期各种证候,降低患者激素水平,月经情况出现好转,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of hormone replacement therapy with self-made Buqi Yangxue syrup for diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)patients.Methods 40 DOR patients treated from January 2019 to January 2021 in Heyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were investigated and randomly assigned to control group(20 cases)and study group(20 cases).Both of groups took femoston,based on the routine treatment,the study group took the self-made Buqi Yangxue syrup.The hormone indexes,menstruation,traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and Kupperman score of the two groups were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no difference in hormone indexes between the two groups,and no difference in menstrual volume,menstrual score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and Kupperman score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,FSH,LH and E2 were lower than those in the control group,while the menstrual volume and score in the study group were better than those in the control group.After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and Kupperman score in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hormone replacement therapy with self-made Buqi Yangxue syrup can reduce the perimenopausal symptoms and hormone indicators,and improve the menstruation conditions for diminished ovarian reserve patients.It is worthy of promotion and application.
