益肾止血方治疗气阴两虚夹瘀型慢性肾炎血尿临床观察

Clinical Observation on Invigorating Kidney for Arresting Bleeding Recipe in the Treatment of Chronic Nephritis with Hematuria of Deficiency of both Qi and Yin and Blood Stasis Type

目的探究益肾止血方对慢性肾炎血尿(气阴两虚夹瘀型)患者肾功能与炎性因子的影响。方法选择阳江市中医医院2018年12月—2020年12月收治的慢性肾炎血尿(气阴两虚夹瘀型)患者60例为研究对象,采用随机信封法分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例),对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用益肾止血方治疗。比较2组治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候评分、肾功能(BUN、SCr水平)及尿红细胞数量、炎性因子(hs-CRP、IL-6)情况。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医证候评分、SCr水平、尿红细胞数量、hs-CRP、IL-6水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾止血方治疗慢性肾炎血尿(气阴两虚夹瘀型)效果显著,可明显改善患者肾功能与炎性因子水平。

Objective To explore the effects of invigorating kidney for arresting bleeding recipe on renal function and inflammatory factors in patients with chronic nephritis with hematuria of deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis type.Methods Sixty cases of chronic nephritis with hematuria of deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis type admitted to Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(n=30 cases)and observation group by random envelope method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with invigorating kidney for arresting bleeding recipe.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,renal function(BUN,SCr level),urine red blood cell number,inflammatory factors(hS-CRP,IL-6)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,SCr level,urinary red blood cell count,hs-CRP,and IL-6 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Invigorating kidney for arresting bleeding recipe is effective in treating chronic nephritis with hematuria of deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis type,and it can significantly improving the renal function and inflammatory factor levels in patients.
