宣式推拿配合颈夹脊针刺治疗颈源性头痛36例

Xuan-style Massage Combined with Acupuncture at Cervical Jiaji Acupoint in the Treatment of Cervicogenic Headache for 36 Cases

目的观察宣式推拿配合颈夹脊针刺治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法把72例颈源性头痛患者随机分为2组,对照组36例,采用单纯针刺治疗;治疗组36例,在单纯针刺基础上配合宣式推拿。结果治疗组36例中,临床治愈33例,治愈率91.67%(33/36);有效2例,有效率5.56%(2/36);无效1例,无效率2.78%(1/36)。对照组36例中,临床治愈26例,治愈率72.22%(26/36);有效9例,有效率25.00%(9/36);无效1例,无效率2.78%(1/36)。2组治愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宣式推拿配合颈夹脊针刺治疗颈源性头痛,治愈率明显优于常规针刺。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xuan-style massage combined with acupuncture at cervical Jiaji acupoint in the treatment of cervicogenic headache.Methods 72 patients with cervicogenic headache were randomly divided into 2 groups.36 patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture alone.In the treatment group,36 patients were treated with acupuncture and massage.Results Among the 36 cases in the treatment group,33 cases were cured clinically,the cure rate was 91.67%(33/36),2 cases were effective,the effective rate was 5.56%(2/36),1 case was ineffective,the ineffective rate was 2.78%(1/36).In the control group,36 cases were cured,the cure rate was 72.22%(26/36),9 cases were effective,the effective rate was 25.00%(9/36),1 case was ineffective,the ineffective rate was 2.78%(1/36).The difference in cure rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The cure rate of Xuan-style massage combined with acupuncture at cervical Jiaji acupoint in the treatment of cervicogenic headache is obviously better than that of the conventional acupuncture.
