头针联合言语康复训练治疗脑卒中后构音障碍临床观察

Clinical Observation on Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Speech Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Post-stroke Dysarthria

目的探究头针联合言语康复训练治疗脑卒中后构音障碍的疗效。方法选取辽宁省金秋医院脑卒中后构音障碍患者82例,随机分为2组,各41例。对照组予以言语康复训练,试验组联用头针治疗,2组治疗时间均为4周。比较2组患者临床疗效、言语清晰度评分及各项改良Frenchay构音障碍评分。结果与对照组相比,试验组临床总有效率较高,言语清晰度与各项Frenchay评分较高,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头针联合言语康复训练能促进脑卒中后构音障碍患者构音功能恢复,改善言语清晰度,疗效优于单一言语康复训练。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training on post-stroke dysarthria.Methods 82 patients with post-stroke dysarthria in Jinqiu Hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each.The control group received speech rehabilitation training,and the experimental group received more with scalp acupuncture.Two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,speech intelligibility score and modified French dysarthria score were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was higher,the speech intelligibility and various Frenchay scores were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training can promote the recovery of articulation function and improve speech clarity in patients with post-stroke dysarthria,which is better than single speech rehabilitation training.
