摘要
目的了解新冠疫情下护理研究新生的学习动机情况,针对性地提出激励策略,以期对我国研究生发展提供一定的参考依据。方法采用目的抽样法,选取四川省2所护理学院的61名全日制护理学专业研究生作为研究对象。结果61名研究生新生的6个学习动机维度得分由高到低依次是:求知进取、社会取向、物质追求、个人成就、害怕失败、小群体取向。学习动机排名前5位分别是:为能胜任未来的工作,将来事业上的成功,学好本事赚钱,成家后想有一个富裕的家庭,为了成为有益于社会的人。结论在新冠疫情的背景下研究新生对学习具备较好的求知欲望和社会责任感,且希望能在研究生期间提高自己综合实力与竞争力,为将来胜任工作和应对突发公共卫生事件。
Objective To understand the learning motivation of nursing freshmen under COVID-19 epidemic,and to propose incentive strategies in order to provide a certain reference for the development of graduate students in our country.Methods Sampling method was used to select 61 full-time nursing graduate students from 2 nursing schools in Sichuan Province as the research objects.Results The scores of the six learning motivation dimensions of 61 graduate freshmen from high to low are as follows:knowledge seeking and enterprising,social orientation,material pursuit,personal achievement,fear of failure and small group orientation.The top five learning motivations are as follows:to be competent for future work,to succeed in future career,to learn skills and make money,to have a rich family after marriage,and to become a person beneficial to society.Conclusion Under the background of COVID-19 epidemic,research freshmen have a better desire to learn and a sense of social responsibility,and hope to improve their comprehensive strength and competitiveness during graduate school,so as to be competent for work and respond to public health emergencies in the future.
