临床专业本科生预防医学课程学习情况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Learning Situation of Preventive Medicine of Clinical Undergraduates

摘要 目的了解临床专业本科生预防医学课程的教学现状和学习情况,为深化教学改革提供理论依据。方法采用整群抽样方法选取146名临床专业本科生就预防医学课程的相关问题开展问卷调查。结果经过学习后38.6%(56/145)和51.7%(75/145)的学生认为预防医学比较重要和非常重要,90%以上的学生认为预防医学的学时安排、教学安排、教学内容设置和教材4个方面比较合理或非常合理,对预防医学课程教师教学过程的总体满意度为97.2%(141/145)。临床专业本科生对预防医学各部分内容的感兴趣程度依次为:食物与健康>职业环境与健康>环境与健康>医学统计方法,学生认为最难的是医学统计学;掌握情况最好的是食物与健康,掌握情况最差的是医学统计学。结论基于以上分析,应调整学时并提出相关教学改革措施,以期能够提高预防医学课程学习效果,切实提升学生的学习效果。 Objective To understand the teaching status and learning situation of the preventive medicine and provide a theoretical basis for deepening the teaching reform.Methods A cluster sampling method was used to select 146 clinical undergraduates to conduct a questionnaire survey.Results After studying,38.6%(56/145)and 51.7%(75/145)of the students thought preventive medicine was more important and very important,and more than 90%of the students thought that the class hours,teaching plan,teaching content and teaching materials were reasonable or very reasonable.The overall satisfaction with the teaching process of the preventive medicine was 97.2%(141/145).The degree of clinical undergraduates’interest in each part of preventive medicine is as follows:food and health,occupational environment and health,environment and health,medical statistical methods.Students thought medical statistics is the most difficult,the food and health is best informed,and medical statistics is the worst informed.Conclusion Based on the above analysis,the class hours should be adjusted,relevant teaching reform measures should be proposed in order to improve the learning effect of the preventive medicine and effectively improve the learning effect of students.
