摘要
本文从降低能源矿区工业建设项目成本的角度对企业厂区室外地坪标高的设计进行深入研究,分析了室外地坪设计标高与场地平整设计标高的关系,并通过分析建设项目厂区室外地坪标高的设计过程,结合对地面设施工程做法的系统分析,指出传统室外地坪标高设计方法存在缺陷,探讨了室外地坪设计标高的优化思路。通过采取提高室外地坪设计标高的实践优化处置后,有效减少了厂区土石方工程量,科学降低了建设项目投资,显著提高了项目建设经济效益。工业建设项目室外地坪设计标高的优化,对能源矿区具有广阔的推广应用前景和巨大的经济社会效益。
This paper conducts an in-depth study on the design of outdoor floor elevation of enterprise plants from the perspective of reducing the cost of industrial construction projects in energy mining areas.The relationship between outdoor floor design elevation and site leveling design elevation is analyzed.More⁃over,through analyzing the design process of outdoor floor elevation of construction project plant,combined with the systematic analysis of ground facility engineering practices,the defects of traditional outdoor floor el⁃evation design methods are pointed out,and the optimization ideas of outdoor floor design elevation are dis⁃cussed.After adopting the practice of improving the design elevation of outdoor floor,the amount of earth⁃work in the factory is effectively reduced,the investment of construction project is scientifically reduced,and the economic benefit of project construction is significantly improved.The optimization of outdoor floor design elevation of industrial construction projects has a broad promotion application prospect and great eco⁃nomic and social benefits for energy mining areas.
