摘要
本文通过对甲醇合成过程工艺条件和费托合成过程工艺条件的对比分析,提出合成气中羰基铁在甲醇合成催化剂上分解并沉积铁元素,继而催化了费托蜡合成副反应是系统产生蜡的主要因素,有针对性地提出减少产生蜡的解决方案,有效提升了装置运行效能。
In this paper,through a comparative analysis of the process conditions of methanol synthesis pro⁃cess and Fischer-Tropsch synthesis process,it is proposed that the carbonyl iron in the synthesis gas is de⁃composed and the iron is deposited on the methanol synthesis catalyst.Following this,the Fischer-Tropsch wax synthesis side reaction was catalyzed as the main factor for wax generation in the system,and targeted solutions are proposed to reduce wax generation,effectively improving the efficiency of the unit operation.
