摘要
低温甲醇洗是典型的运用物理吸收法使气化粗煤气得到净化的一种工艺,而甲醇消耗量偏高导致的问题一直是运行过程中关注的焦点。本文主要针对甲醇消耗偏高的原因进行分析,通过采取合理有效的措施,进一步优化操作和工艺流程,使甲醇消耗量降至设计指标范围内,有效减少污染和浪费,实现节能减排的目的。
Rectisol is a typical process to purify gasification crude gas by physical absorption method,and the problem caused by high methanol consumption has been the focus of attention in the operation process.In this paper,the main reason for high methanol consumption is analyzed,and through taking reasonable and effective measures to further optimize the operation and process flow,the methanol consumption is re⁃duced to within the design index,effectively reducing pollution and waste,and realizing the purpose of ener⁃gy saving and emission reduction.
