大水量煤矿矿井水低成本深度处理技术研究

摘要 大水量矿井水的排放不仅导致水资源浪费,而且对生态环境造成了破坏。研究针对矿井水中氟离子(F-)和硫酸根(SO_(4)^(2-))去除及处理成本高的难题,提出了“物化剂混凝+纳米气泡净化+改性沸石吸附”作为矿井水的深度处理工艺,探讨了物化剂投加量、搅拌时间、水流量对出水水质的影响,并预估了工艺的运行成本。结果表明:当物化剂投加量为1.5 g/L,搅拌时间为20 min,水流量为0.4 L/min时,对煤矿矿井水中F^(-)和SO_(4)^(2-)的去除效果最佳,出水符合地表水Ⅲ类标准的限值,工艺运行成本为4.25元/t废水,可以作为一种低成本的矿井水深度处理技术。 The discharge of large amount of mine water not only leads to the waste of water resources,but also causes damage to the ecological environment.In this study,an advanced treatment process of“physical and chemical coagulation+nano-bubble purification+modified zeolite adsorption”is proposed for mine wa⁃ter treatment to address the challenges of removing fluoride ions(F-)and sulfate(SO42-)in mine water and the high treatment cost.Moreover,the effects of the dosage of physical and chemical coagulants,mixing time and water flow rate on the effluent quality are discussed,and the operating cost of the process is esti⁃mated.The results showed that the removal of F-and SO42-in mine water is the best when the dosage of physical and chemical coagulants is 1.5 g/L,the mixing time is 20 min,and the water flow rate is 0.4 L/min.The effluent meets the limit values of Class III standard for surface water,and the process operation cost is RMB4.25 for each ton of wastewater.Thus,the proposed process can be used as a low-cost,ad⁃vanced treatment technology for mine water.
