交错桁架的混合空间结构体系在装配式住宅中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对采用SPD板结合交错桁架-钢框架混合结构的新型装配式体系,基于浙江省内已有工程项目,研究了该体系的力学性能和应用于高烈度区的设计方法。通过SAP2000对十层结构模型进行Pushover分析,得到该体系在静力推覆过程中的塑性铰发展过程,总结SPD板结合交错桁架体系结构的受力特点;对比类似工程应用情况,提出交错桁架体系在高烈度区应用时的设计要点。研究表明:交错桁架-钢框架混合结构体系应用于平面较为规则的内廊式建筑时经济性较好,合理设置框架部分和采用SPD板能够有效提高交错桁架体系的抗侧刚度和耗能能力。文章尝试解决这种兼具建筑布置灵活、结构经济合理、施工可靠高效的新型装配式结构体系的应用难点,为类似工程的推广提供参考。 Aiming at the new prefabricated system using SPD board combined with staggered truss-steel frame hybrid structure,based on the high-rise dormitory building project of Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport,the mechanical properties of the system and the design method applied to high-intensity areas were studied.Through the pushover analysis of the ten-story structural model model through SAP2000,the development process of the plastic hinge in the static pushover process was obtained,and the stress characteristics of the SPD plate combined with the staggered truss system were summarized;compared with similar engineering applications,the staggered truss was proposed Design points for the application of the system in high-intensity areas.The research shows that the staggered truss-steel frame hybrid structure system is more economical when applied to the corridor-type buildings with relatively regular planes.Reasonable setting of the frame part and the use of SPD panels can effectively improve the lateral stiffness and energy dissipation capacity of the staggered truss system.This paper attempts to solve the application difficulties of this new type of prefabricated structural system with flexible building layout,economical and reasonable structure,reliable and efficient construction,and provides a reference for the promotion of similar projects.
