摘要
置换混凝土是一种有效解决因施工导致混凝土强度不足的方法。文章详细阐述了置换混凝土加固方案设计,为验证该方法的可行性,还对施工过程进行全过程监测。结果表明:结构整体应变的实测值与理论值的差值比不超过15%,置换过程未发现裂缝,未发生塑性破坏;置换结束后,随着施工楼层的增加,被置换墙肢应力增量减小,逐渐趋于平稳;底层应变最大,但整体应变较小,对整体结构受力性能影响不大。该置换方法取得了良好的加固效果,可为类似的加固工程提供参考。
Replacement concrete is an effective method to solve the lack of concrete strength caused by construction.Taking a high-rise building as an example,in the construction process,the measured value of shear wall strength is lower than the design value.After analysis,the replacement concrete reinforcement method is adopted for reinforcement.In order to verify the feasibility of this method,the whole process of construction is monitored.The results show that the difference ratio between the measured value and the theoretical value of the overall strain of the structure is no more than 15%,and no crack and plastic failure are found in the replacement process;After the replacement,with the increase of the construction floor,the stress increment of the replaced wall limb decreases and tends to be stable gradually;The bottom layer has the largest strain,but the overall strain is small,which has little effect on the mechanical performance of the overall structure.The replacement method has achieved good reinforcement effect,which provides a reference for similar reinforcement projects.
