BMPR-IB基因突变对多胎萨福克断奶羔羊生长发育的影响

摘要 为研究BMPR-IB基因A746G突变对多胎萨福克断奶羔羊生长发育的影响,本文采用PCR-RFLP技术对多胎萨福克羔羊群体进行BMPR-IB基因型的筛查。选择体重相近的29只3.5月龄断奶母羔,根据基因型进行试验群体的分组,连续4个月每月固定时间测定羔羊体重和体尺,分析断奶后第0、30、60、90d四个阶段BMPR-IB不同基因型羔羊生长发育的差异。在多胎萨福克羊群体中检测出BMPR-IB基因的三种基因型,分别为BB、B+和++;断奶第0d时,++基因型体高显著高于BB基因型(P<0.05);断奶第60d时,B+基因型的胸围显著高于BB基因型(P<0.05);断奶第0、60、90d三个时间点,++基因型的体斜长、体直长显著高于BB基因型(P<0.05);在第0、30、60、90d四个时间点,++基因型的体重高于BB基因型;在断奶30—60d、60—90d时间段内,++基因型的日增重高于BB基因型。BMPR-IB基因A746G突变影响了多胎萨福克断奶羔羊的生长,突变纯合子BB基因型羔羊早期生长发育慢于++基因型。 To investigate the effects of The BMPPR-IB gene A746G mutation on the growth and development of Suffolk multiparous weaned lambs,PCR-RFLP was used to screen the BMPPR-IB genotype of Suffolk multiparous lambs.The experimental groups were carried out in 29 weaned female lambs with similar weight at 3.5 months age based on genotypes of BMPR-IB gene.The body weight and size of lambs were measured at same times in each month during four consecutive months.The difference between growth and development was analyzed in 0d,30d,60d and 90d at weaning of lambs with different genotypes of BMPR-IB gene.The BB,B+and++genotypes of the BMPR-IB gene were detected in prolific Suffolk lambs.Body height was significantly higher in the++genotype than in the BB genotype at 0d of weaning(P<0.05);At 60d of weaning,the B+genotype had a significantly higher chest circumference than the BB genotype(P<0.05).The body length and body straight length of++genotype were significantly higher than those of BB genotype at 0d,60d and 90d after weaning(P<0.05).Body weight of the++genotype was higher than that of the BB genotype at the four time points of 0d,30d,60d and 90d;daily weight gain was higher than that of the BB genotype at the two time periods of 30—60d and 60—90d.The A746G mutation of BMPR-IB gene affected the growth of prolific Suffolk weaned lambs,and early growth and development of BB genotype lambs with homozygous mutation was slower than that of the++genotype.
