摘要
采用聚苯乙烯泡沫(EPS)取代部分砂,制备塑料混凝土,并研究不同EPS改性方法对混凝土力学性能和保温性能的影响。结果表明:EPS的取代量为5%时,EPS能够提高塑料混凝土力学性能和保温性能,改性EPS显著提高混凝土的力学性能和保温性能。通过改性剂-水泥包裹法,制备的塑料混凝土的力学性能和保温性能最好。改性剂-水泥包裹改性法中,随着EPS取代量的增加,塑料混凝土的力学性能先提高后降低,导热系数逐渐降低。当EPS取代量为10%,G3-EPS塑料混凝土的力学性能和保温性能较好。
Expanded polystyrene(EPS) was used to replace part of sand to prepare plastic concrete, and the effects of different EPS modification methods on the mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties of concrete were studied. The results show that when the EPS substitution amount is 5%, EPS can improve the mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties of plastic concrete, and the modified EPS significantly improves the mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties of concrete. The mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties of the prepared plastic concrete are the best by the modifier-cement wrapping method. In the modifier-cement wrapping modification method, with the increasing of EPS substitution amount, the mechanical properties of plastic concrete first increase and then decrease, and the thermal conductivity gradually decreases. When substitution amount of EPS is 10%, the mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties of concrete are better.
