大缸径柴油机爆压和预喷对NVH性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 以某V型20缸电控发电用柴油机为对象,通过试验研究爆压和预喷对整机振动噪声的影响。结果表明:柴油机振动随爆压呈线性升高关系,平均每提高0.5MPa爆压,振动增大0.20~0.38mm/s;在高负荷工况中,爆压对整机噪声的影响较小,随着负荷降低,燃烧噪声比重逐渐增大,爆压对整机噪声的影响逐渐加大;预喷对整机振动影响较小,主要影响低负荷下整机噪声。最后,结合油耗的测试结果,提出了针对大缸径发电用柴油机的数据标定建议。本文研究成果可为大缸径发电用柴油机数据标定和减振降噪提供参考。 In this paper,the influence of combustion pressure and pre-injection on vibration and noise of a v-type 20-cylinder electric generator diesel engine was studied by experiments.The vibration of diesel engine increases by 0.20~0.38mm/s when the combustion pressure increases by 0.5MPa on average.In other words,the vibration increases linearly with the combustion pressure.In addition,under the condition of high load,the combustion pressure has little influence on the noise of the diesel engine.Then,with the decrease of load,the proportion of combustion noise increases gradually,and the combustion pressure has more influence on the noise.Besides,the pre-injection has little influence on the vibration of the diesel engine,and mainly affects the noise under low load.Finally,the feasible data calibration suggestions for large cylinder diameter diesel engines are put forward basing on the test results of fuel consumption.The results of this paper can provide reference for data calibration,as well as vibration and noise reduction of large cylinder diameter power generation diesel engine.
