A市科技服务业的服务能力现状研究

Research on the Current Situation of Service Capability of Science and Technology(S&T) Service Industry in City A

科技服务业的诞生为科研市场化提供了链接的桥梁。在产业价值链体系中,科技服务业成为服务科技成果转化、推动区域经济发展的重要力量。A市作为粤港澳大湾区的桥头堡,链接澳门、香港、深圳,信息、人才、技术、科研、市场优势显著。A市“产、学、研”三位一体的有效联动、合作与服务,为科技服务业的发展奠定了基础。本文以A市科技服务业为研究对象,通过分析A市科技服务业在科技成果转化过程中存在的问题,结合有关政策为解决这些问题提出了具体建议。

The emergence of the S&T service industry provides a bridge to link the marketization of scientific research.In the industrial value chain system,the S&T service industry has become an important force in serving the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and promoting regional economic development.As the bridgehead of the Greater Bay Area,City A is linked to Macao,Hong Kong and Shenzhen,and has significant advantages in aspects such as information,talent,technology,scientific research and market.The effective linkage,cooperation and service of“industry-university-research”in City A has laid the foundation for the development of the S&T service industry.Taking the S&T service industry in City A as the research object,the problems in the process of transformation of scientific and technological achievements are discussed,and suggestions are pointed out to solve these problems by combing with relevant policies.
