基于虚拟仿真技术的1+X证书考核内容设计思路研究--以工业机器人应用编程技能等级证书为例 被引量:1

摘要 伴随着职业院校1+X证书制度试点工作的开展,国家在工业机器人应用方面相继发布了四个职业技能等级证书,并利用虚拟仿真技术模拟X证书考核内容,为教学工作开展提供了极大便利。在考核工作中,利用工业机器人工作站以及相关零件模拟三维实体并进行工作站布局,借助Smart组件和虚拟示教器等相关技术,能够实现机器人工作在离线编程上的仿真功能。可解决设备短缺方面的问题,利于实现1+X证书考核内容设计,对提高1+X证书通过率大有帮助。本文围绕1+X证书展开研究分析,从工业机器人应用编程职业技能等级标准入手,对1+X证书制度进行分析,研究工业机器人应用编程1+X证书主要内容,提出了基于虚拟仿真模拟技术1+X证书考核内容的相关设计思路。 Along with the pilot work of the“1+X”certificate system in vocational colleges,the state has successively issued four vocational skill level certificates in the application of industrial robots,and simulated the content of the X certificate assessment using virtual simulation technology,which provided great convenience for the teaching work.In the assessment work,the industrial robot workstation and related parts are used to simulate three-dimensional entities and the workstation layout.With the help of related technologies such as Smart components and virtual demonstrators,the simulation function of robot work on offline programming can be realized.It can solve the problem of equipment shortage,facilitate the design of“1+X”certificate assessment content,which is of great help to the increase of the certificate pass rate.This paper aims to analyze the“1+X”certificate system starting from the vocational skill level standard of industrial robot application programming,study the main contents of the“1+X”certificate,and propose the design ideas resolved to a certain extent of the“1+X”certificate assessment contents based on virtual simulation technology.
