Brief Comments on the History of “72 Gu’s” Village Group Formation in Tianjin

天津地区许多地名都与沽有关,更有“七十二沽”村落群这一独特历史产物。“七十二沽”村落群的形成与自然、历史、社会环境等密切相关。本文系统梳理了“七十二沽”村落群的发展历程,并将其概括为肇始、萌芽、成长、初步形成四个阶段,并详细分析了各历史时期的形成过程及其特点。

Many place names in Tianjin region have something to do with“gu”(沾),which highlights the unique history of“72 gu’s”village group in particular.The formation of this village group was closely related to elements such as nature,history,and social environment.This article systematically surveys the development of“72 gu’s”village group,summarizes its development as a process of four stages,i.e.origin,sprout,growth,and initial establishment,and analyzed in detail the formation and features in each historical period.
