农业绿色发展与普惠金融的耦合协调发展研究——基于江苏省的数据分析

在分析农业绿色发展与普惠金融协调发展机理的基础上,通过构建农业绿色发展与普惠金融发展的评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型,分析江苏省2006—2019年农业绿色发展与普惠金融的发展情况及其耦合关系。结果发现:江苏省农业绿色发展水平与普惠金融发展水平总体上呈上升趋势,两者耦合协调度不断提高,已由过渡阶段发展到协调阶段。并提出一些对策建议推动农业绿色发展与普惠金融的协调发展,主要包括充分发挥普惠金融对农业绿色发展的推动作用,进一步完善农业绿色发展与普惠金融发展的协调管理机制。

Based on analyzing the coordinated development mechanism of agricultural green development and inclusive finance,by constructing the evaluation index system of agricultural green development and inclusive finance development,and using the coupling coordination degree model,this paper analyzes the agricultural green development and inclusive finance in Jiangsu Province from 2006 to 2019.The development of finance and its coupling relationship.The results show that the agricultural green development level and the inclusive finance development level in Jiangsu Province are generally on the rise,and the coupling and coordination degree of the two has been continuously improved and has developed from a transitional stage to a coordinated stage.And put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of agricultural green development and inclusive finance,mainly including the full participation of all sectors of society to jointly promote agricultural green development,give full play to the role of inclusive finance in promoting agricultural green development,and further improve agricultural green development and inclusive finance.Coordinated management mechanism for financial development.
