摘要
学分银行能较好地满足终身学习的需要,正成为教育事业特别是职业教育发展的迫切需求。但当前我国学分银行仍存在国家统领下的省级统筹未到位、多行业参与的整体运行机制未形成、缺少省级层面统一的资历框架等问题。借鉴国外学分银行运行机制经验,可先从省级统筹做起,系统规划、明确导向、把握重点,以信息化技术为支撑,以高职扩招生源学分管理为试点,做好质量保障与信息公开,且试且完善。
Credit bank can better meet the needs of lifelong learning,which is becoming an urgent need for the development of education,especially vocational education.However,at present,there are still some problems in China's credit banks,such as the lack of provincial overall planning under the leadership of the state,the lack of the overall operation mechanism of multi-industry participation,and the lack of a unified qualification framework at the provincial level.Learning from the experience of the operation mechanism of foreign credit banks,we can start with the overall planning at the provincial level,systematic planning,clear guidance,grasp the key points,take information technology as the support,and take the credit management of higher vocational college students as the pilot,do a good job in quality assurance and information disclosure,and try and improve it.
