协同伙伴式在线教学模式初探

A Preliminary Exploration of Collaborative and Partner-based Online Teaching Mode in Universities

摘要 本文通过对在线教学中各参与者(管理者、教师、督导、学生)的思想和行为特征的实证研究,构建“三协同”在线教学新模式,即协同式内容重构、协同式教学实施、协同式管理与督导;在此基础上构建三大指标12小指标的质量评价体系。实践表明,该教学模式和评价体系兼顾了管、教、督、学多方诉求,体现了在线教学规律,可保障在线教学的稳步推进和教学质量的可靠提升。 Through the empirical research on the thought and behavior characteristics of the participants(administrators,teachers,supervisors,students)in online teaching,this paper constructs a new model of“three cooperation”online teaching,namely collaborative content reconstruction,collaborative teaching implementation,collaborative management and supervision;on this basis,builds a quality evaluation system with three major indicators and 12 small indicators.Teaching practice has shown that the teaching model and evaluation system consider the demands of management,teaching,supervision,and learning,embody the rules of online teaching,and can ensure the steady progress of online teaching and the reliable improvement of teaching quality.
