船用低速柴油机气缸润滑技术研究综述

摘要 基于国内外船用低速柴油机气缸润滑技术的发展现状,分析船舶低速航行、使用低硫油和天然气给船用低速柴油机气缸润滑带来的问题以及对策。对现有气缸润滑效果监测手段存在的主要技术问题进行分析,指出低速柴油机气缸润滑技术的发展方向。 Based on the development status of cylinder lubrication technology of marine low-speed diesel engine at home and abroad,the problems and countermeasures associated with cylinder lubrication of marine low-speed diesel engines caused by low-speed navigation and the use of low sulfur oil and natural gas are studied.The main technical problems of the current cylinder lubrication effect monitoring methods are analyzed,and the development direction of cylinder lubrication technology of low-speed diesel engine is pointed out.
