车衣用铸造级聚氯乙烯膜的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

Preparation and Properties of Cast-Grade PVC Film for Car Clothing

摘要 介绍车衣用铸造级聚氯乙烯(PVC)薄膜的制备方法,研究溶剂种类对PVC树脂溶解性的影响,主增塑剂的种类以及含量对成膜效果与力学性能的影响。结果表明:环己酮(CYC)与四氢呋喃(THF)的质量比为1∶3时,PVC的溶解性最佳。选择聚合度为1300的PVC树脂作为原料,PVC具有最好的成膜效果与力学性能,膜表面光滑透明,断裂伸长率达到152.00%。主增塑剂选择邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP),占固含量比例40%,辅助增塑剂为环氧大豆油,占固含量为2%时,PVC成膜效果最佳,打印色彩均匀、饱和度高,力学性能最佳。辅助增塑剂能够有效提高材料的热稳定性,当辅助增塑剂加入量为固含量的2%,膜在高温受热后,表面不发生颜色变化。 The preparation method of casting grade polyvinyl chloride(PVC)film for car clothing was introduced.The effects of different solvents on the solubility of PVC and the effects of different types and contents of main plasticizers on the film-forming effect and mechanical properties were studied.The results show that when the mass ratio of cyclohexanone(CYC)to tetrahydrofuran(THF)is 1:3,the solubility of PVC is the best.When PVC resin with polymerization degree of 1300 is selected as the raw material,PVC has the best film-forming effect and mechanical properties.The film surface is smooth and transparent,and the elongation at break reaches 152.00%.Diisononyl phthalate(DINP)is selected as the main plasticizer,when the solid content is 40%,the auxiliary plasticizer is epoxidize soybean oil,when the solid content is 2%,PVC has the best film-forming effect,uniform printing color,high saturation and the best mechanical properties.The auxiliary plasticizer can effectively improve the thermal stability of the material.When the adding amount of auxiliary plasticizer is 2%of the solid content,the surface color of the film does not change after heating at high temperature.
