摘要
改性空心玻璃微珠材料加入聚氯乙烯(PVC),制备PVC/空心玻璃微珠复合材料,研究空心玻璃微珠对PVC复合材料的保温性能的影响。结果表明:改性空心玻璃微珠在PVC中均匀分散,与PVC结合紧密。空心玻璃微珠添加量为10%时,PVC复合材料的导热系数为0.2768 W/(m·K),热扩散系数为4.9 mm^(2)/s,PVC复合材料具有较好的隔热效果。10%空心玻璃微珠加入,使PVC复合材料具有最佳的力学性能和阻燃性能。
PVC/hollow glass microspheres composites were prepared by adding modified hollow glass microspheres into polyvinyl chloride(PVC).The effects of hollow glass microspheres on thermal insulation performance of PVC composites were studied.The results show that modified hollow glass microspheres can be uniformly dispersed in PVC matrix and tightly bonded to PVC.When addition amount of hollow glass microspheres is 10%,thermal conductivity of PVC composite is 0.2768 W/(m·K),and thermal diffusion coefficient is 4.9 mm~2/s.PVC composites have good thermal insulation effect.The best mechanical and flame retardancy of PVC composites are obtained by adding 10%hollow glass microspheres.
