酚醛树脂/氧化铈复合材料的制备及阻燃隔热性能研究 被引量:2

Preparation of Phenolic Resin/Cerium Oxide Composite and Study on Flame Retardancy and Thermal Insulation Performance

摘要 将氧化铈(CeO_(2))加入酚醛树脂,制备酚醛树脂/CeO_(2)复合材料,研究CeO_(2)用量对复合材料的阻燃隔热作用。结果表明:适量的CeO_(2)在酚醛树脂中均匀分散且二者结合紧密。加入CeO_(2)的酚醛树脂复合材料具有较好的保温隔热性能。当CeO_(2)加入量为30%,酚醛树脂复合材料具有较高的保温性能和阻燃特性,其热导率为0.395 4 W/(m·K),总热释放量(THR)降至64.0 MJ/m^(2)。因此,加入适当的CeO_(2)可以提高酚醛树脂的阻燃性能和隔热性能。 effect The phenolic resin/CeO_(2 )composites on were and CeO_(2 )prepared thermal by adding cerium oxide (CeO_(2)) into phenolic resin,and the The of CeO_(2 )content show the flame retardancy amount insulation performance of the composites resin was studied.results that An appropriate of with is uniformly dispersed in phenolic and the two are closely combined.30%,The phenolic resin composites CeO_(2 )have thermal good thermal insulation performance.flame When the CeO_(2 )content thermal is the phenolic resin composite has high insulation performance and retardancy,the conductivity is 0.395 4 W/(m·K),and the total heat release (THR) is reduced to of 64.0 MJ/m~2.Therefore,proper addition of CeO_(2 )can improve the flame retardancy and thermal insulation performance phenolic resin.
