双酚S/双酚A共聚碳酸酯的制备及性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 双酚S部分替代双酚A合成双酚S/双酚A共聚碳酸酯(BPS/BPA-PC),在聚碳酸酯中引入砜基,提高聚碳酸酯的综合性能,拓展其应用领域。采用界面缩聚法制备共聚碳酸酯,探究双酚S和双酚A的配比对BPS/BPAPC分子量、力学性能和耐热性能的影响。结果表明:红外吸收光谱验证产品结构。当n(BPS)∶n(BPA)=15∶85,BPS/BPA-PC的黏均分子量为32 058,BPS/BPA-PC的冲击强度为58.12 kJ/m^(2),拉伸强度为63.34 MPa,力学性能相对最好。当n(BPS)∶n(BPA)=15∶85,BPS/BPA-PC的玻璃化转变温度为165.4℃,5%热失重温度为447.2℃,产物的热变形温度为151℃,维卡软化温度为159℃,表明产物具有较好的耐热性能。当n(BPS)∶n(BPA)=15∶85,BPS/BPA-PC的极限氧指数(LOI)为33.5%,燃烧性能等级达到V-0级,表明产物具有较好的阻燃性能,产物的耐碱腐蚀性能和耐溶剂性能略微改善,并保持较好的光学性能。因此,最佳的物质的量比为n(BPS)∶n(BPA)=15∶85。 Bisphenol S/bisphenol A copolycarbonate(BPS/BPA-PC) was synthesized by partially replacing bisphenol A with bisphenol S.The sulfone group was introduced into polycarbonate to improve comprehensive performance of polycarbonate and expand its application fields.The polycarbonate was prepared by interfacial polycondensation.The effects of the ratio of bisphenol S and bisphenol A on the molecular weight,mechanical properties and heat resistance of BPS/BPA-PC were investigated.The results show that product structure is verified by infrared absorption spectroscopy.When the molar ratio of BPS to BPA is 15∶85,the viscosity-average molecular weight of BPS/BPA-PC is 32 058,impact strength of BPS/BPA-PC is 58.12 kJ/m~2,tensile strength is 63.34 MPa,and mechanical properties are relatively the best.When the molar ratio of BPS to BPA is 15∶85,glass transition temperature of BPS/BPA-PC is 165.4 ℃,5% weight loss temperature is 447.2 ℃,thermal deformation temperature of product is 151 ℃,and vicat softening temperature is 159 ℃,indicating that product has good heat resistance.When the molar ratio of BPS to BPA is 15∶85,limiting oxygen index(LOI)of BPS/BPA-PC is 33.5%,and combustion performance grade reaches V-0,indicating that product has good flame retardant properties,slightly improves alkali corrosion resistance and solvent resistance,and maintains good optical properties.Therefore,the optimal molar ratio of BPS to BPA is 15∶85.
