多次固化对复合材料力学性能的影响及机理研究 被引量:3

摘要 以碳纤维增强改性双马树脂预浸料为研究对象,对相同固化工艺制备的复合材料单向层板,分别进行1、2、3、4次热压罐成型固化,得到多次固化下复合材料单向层板的力学性能,并研究固化次数对复合材料单向层板力学性能的影响机理。结果表明:多次固化提高复合材料单向层板的弯曲强度和层间剪切强度。复合材料单向层板的力学性能在第2次固化略有提高,继续固化复合材料单向层板的力学性能变化不明显。因此,一定限度的多次固化,提升复合材料的固化度,提升单向层板的综合力学性能。 Taking carbon fiber reinforced modified bismaleimide resin prepreg as the research object,composite unidirectional laminates prepared by the same curing process system were respectively subjected to 1,2,3 and 4 times of autoclave molding and curing to obtain mechanical properties of composite unidirectional laminates under multiple curing,and the influence mechanism of curing times on mechanical properties of composite unidirectional laminates was studied.The results show that the bending strength and interlaminar shear strength of the composite unidirectional laminates are improved by multiple curing.The mechanical properties of composite unidirectional laminates increase slightly after the second curing,and the mechanical properties of composite unidirectional laminates do not change significantly after continuous curing.A certain degree of multiple curing improves the curing degree of the composite and improves the comprehensive mechanical properties of unidirectional laminate.
