摘要
以氧化石墨烯(GO)为阻燃剂,KH-550改性的GO接枝于聚苯乙烯(PS),将接枝PS和尼龙6(PA6)共混,制备PS/PA6阻燃复合材料,并探究PS/PA6的热稳定性、阻燃性能和力学性能。结果表明:KH-550改性GO成功能够接枝于PS表面。当PA6含量超过20%,PS/PA6内部出现明显的孔洞和裂纹等缺陷。随着PA6含量逐渐增加,PS/PA6的力学性能先升高后降低。PA6含量高于20%时,PS/PA6的热稳定性和阻燃性能明显降低。当PA6含量为20%,PS/PA6的力学性能最优、热稳定性较高、阻燃性能较好。
With graphene oxide(GO) as flame retardant,KH-550 modified GO was grafted to polystyrene(PS),and the grafted PS and nylon 6(PA6) were blended to prepare PS/PA6 flame retardant composites.The thermal stability,flame retardant properties and mechanical properties of PS/PA6 were investigated.The results show that KH-550 modified GO can be successfully grafted onto PS surface.When the PA6 content exceeds 20%,obvious defects such as holes and cracks appear in PS/PA6.With the increasing of PA6 content,the mechanical properties of PS/PA6 increase first and then decrease.The thermal stability and flame retardancy of PS/PA6 decrease significantly when the content of PA6 is higher than 20%.When the PA6 content is 20%,PS/PA6 has the best mechanical properties,high thermal stability and good flame retardancy.
