摘要
以废弃粉煤灰(CFA)作为催化剂,利用聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)对CFA进行负载,制备PVDF/CFA复合薄膜,用于光催化降解污水中甲基橙(MO)染料,探究PVDF/CFA复合薄膜在不同条件下对MO的降解率的影响。结果表明:PVDF对CFA的负载可以有效提高CFA的利用率。相同条件下,PVDF/CFA复合薄膜对MO的降解率高于CFA。CFA含量为2%、pH值为1、H_(2)O_(2)质量浓度为20 mg/L的条件下,PVDF/CFA复合薄膜对MO的降解效率达到最佳,40 min的去除率为95.65%。PVDF/CFA复合薄膜具有较好的循环稳定性,10次循环试验后,其降解率维持在90%以上。PVDF/CFA复合薄膜对于不同的有机污染物废水均具有较好的降解率。PVDF/CFA复合薄膜具有较好的潜力处理污染废水。
Using waste coal fly ash(CFA) as catalyst,polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) was used to load CFA to prepare PVDF/CFA composite film for photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange(MO) dye in wastewater.The effect of PVDF/CFA composite film on the degradation rate of MO under different conditions was investigated.The results show that the load of PVDF on CFA can effectively improve the utilization rate of CFA.Under the same conditions,the degradation rate of MO by PVDF/CFA composite film is higher than that by CFA.Under the conditions of CFA content of 2%,pH value of1,and H_(2)O_(2) mass concentration of 20 mg/L,the degradation of PVDF/CFA composite film for MO is the best under light,and the removal rate is 95.65% in 40 min.The PVDF/CFA has good cycle stability,and its degradation rate remains above90% after 10 cycles.PVDF/CFA composite film has good degradation efficiency for different organic pollutant wastewater.PVDF/CFA composite film has good potential to treat polluted wastewater.
