波纹侧板钢管混凝土组合柱-钢梁框架节点的抗弯性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 提出一种新型波纹侧板钢管混凝土组合柱-钢梁框架节点形式——在节点核心区沿钢梁上下翼缘方向设置贯通隔板,梁翼缘设置加强板,柱四角布置方钢管并沿高度方向焊接波纹侧板形成钢骨架,骨架腔内灌注混凝土。利用ABAQUS软件建立有限元数值模型,并与常规节点的滞回性能、受力特性和破坏模式进行对比,发现设置加强板能有效提高节点的承载力,且能使塑性铰沿翼缘外移,两类节点的滞回曲线均较为饱满,耗能性能和延性较好。分析加强板厚度、混凝土强度、柱钢材强度等因素对此类节点抗弯承载力的影响,结果表明:加强板厚度、钢梁钢材强度、钢梁极限弯矩和梁柱线刚度比对节点抗弯承载力有显著影响。在参数分析的基础上建议了波纹侧板钢管混凝土组合柱-钢梁节点的抗弯承载力简化计算公式,简化计算公式所得结果与有限元结果吻合良好。 In this paper,a new frame joint with corrugated steel plate CFST composite column to steel beam is proposed. Through diaphragms are set in the core area of the joint along the upper and lower flanges of the steel beam,and reinforcing plates are provided on the beam flanges. Square steel pipes are arranged at four corners of the column and the corrugated steel plate are welded along the height direction to form a steel skeleton. At last,concrete is casted into the cavity. By using ABAQUS software,finite element numerical models of joints are built. The hysteretic behavior,mechanical property and failure mode are compared with those of the conventional joints. The study shows that the bearing capacity of the joint can be improved effectively by adding reinforcing plate,and the plastic hinge can move outward along the flange. The hysteretic curves of the two joints are full,indicating the energy dissipation performance and ductility of the joints are also good.Parametric analysis is performed to study the flexural load-carrying capacity of the joint. The thickness of reinforcing plate,concrete strength,and the strength of column,are considered as parameters. The results show that the thickness of reinforcing plate,the strength of steel beam,the ultimate strength of steel beam and the beam to column linear stiffness ratio have a significant influence on the flexural load-carrying capacity of the joint. Based on the parametric analysis results,a simplified calculation formula of flexural capacity of corrugated steel plate CFST composite column to steel beam joint is proposed.The results of the simplified calculation formula are in a good agreement with the results of finite element analysis.
