新发展格局下技能型人才培养路径研究

当前,不断扩大教育供给,培养技能型人才,推动技能人才供需匹配,是我国建设技能型社会、服务国家新发展格局的关键,技术技能“长入”经济、“汇入”生活、“融入”文化、“渗入”人心、“进入”议程是我国技能型人才培养的新需求。我国技能型人才培养仍然面临人才培养目标滞后、人才培养的教育体系脱节、技能形成体系尚未完善、教育吸引力欠缺等问题。针对技能型人才培养问题,我国技能型人才培养应建立“以中职为基础、以高职为骨干、以应用型高校为牵引”的教育体系,并不断完善相应的运行策略。

At present, the key to build a skilled society and serve the new development pattern of the country is to continuously expand the supply of education, cultivate skilled talents, and promote the matching of supply and demand of skilled talents. The cultivation of skilled talents in China still faces problems such as lagging behind the goal of talent training, the disconnection of the education system for talent training, the imperfection of the skill formation system, and the lack of educational attractiveness. In view of the problems, the training of skilled talents in China should establish an education system that is "based on vocational schools, supported by vocational colleges, and led by vocational universities", constantly improving the corresponding operation strategy.
