摘要
基于对学业指导多重内涵分析和不同类型高校的学业指导工作对比,发现多数地方本科院校并未从重视教育资源的投入转向注重学生学习发展和学业成功,存在不同本科生群体的学业指导分类需求对应不足、辅导员与专业教师学业指导服务的作用发挥不足等“五个不足”问题。借鉴英美大学学业指导体系特色,地方本科院校需上下结合完善学业指导服务的工作制度,调配资源梳理适合校情的学业指导组织运行体系,以生为本加强对本科生学业指导的分类、深层次指导,多方共建专兼结合、管理规范的学业导师队伍,实施具有发展性与多样性的学业指导模式。
Based on the analysis of the multiple connotations of academic advising and the comparison of the academic advising work of different types of universities, it is found that most local undergraduate universities have not shifted from focusing on the investment of educational resources to focusing on student development and academic success. There exist different kinds of deficiencies, including the insufficient correspondence of the undergraduate group’s academic advising classification, and the insufficient functions of counselors and professional teachers in academic advising services. Drawing on the characteristics of the academic advising system of British and American universities, local undergraduate universities need to integrate and improve the work system of academic advising services, and allocate resources to sort out the organization and operation system suitable for their own universities. Local undergraduate universities should be student-oriented to strengthen the classification and in-depth academic advising for undergraduates, build a team of co-constructed,specialized and well-managed academic tutors, and implement a developmental and diversified academic advising model.
