职教本科院校教师党支部建设探索——以河北科技工程职业技术大学汽车工程系教师党支部为例

The Exploration on the Construction of Teachers’ Party Branch in Vocational Universities —— A Case Study of the Teacher Party Branch of the Department of Automotive Engineering of Hebei University of Science and Technology Engineering

高校教师党支部是高校党组织的重要组成部分,是团结和联系广大师生的桥梁。充分发挥教师党支部的战斗堡垒作用,关系到高校立德树人根本任务的落实,关系到中国特色社会主义合格建设者和接班人的培养。以河北科技工程职业技术大学汽车工程系教师党支部建设为例,基于教师党支部面临的组织生活质量不高、创新能力有待提高、协同育人有所欠缺等现状,以国家样板支部和河北省样板支部建设为契机,探索提升职教本科院校基层党组织建设标准化、规范化水平的有效途径。

The Party branch of teachers is an important part of the party organizations of colleges and universities, and is a bridge to unite and connect teachers and students. Giving full play to the role of teachers’ party branches as fighting bastions is related to the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education.This paper takes the Party branch building of the department of automotive engineering of Hebei University of Science and Technology Engineering as an example and focuses on the problems faced by the teacher Party branch, such as low-quality activities of the organization, insufficient innovation ability, and lack of the collaborative education, etc.. It takes the construction of the national model branch and the model branch of Hebei Province as an opportunity to explore an effective way to improve the standardization and standardization level of the grass-roots Party organization construction of vocational universities.
