摘要
客观评价京津冀城市群生态承载安全对于推进功能突出、优势互补、协调有序的城市群发展布局思路,提升整体区域综合承载力具有重要意义。论文依据年鉴数据,基于PSR模型构建生态承载安全评价指标体系,结合熵值法和TOPSIS方法评价京津冀生态承载安全状况。基于实证分析,从横向上定量分析各城市生态承载安全状况,纵向上分析其演变趋势,剖析城市群竞争力、凝聚力和创新力等方面的生态承载安全优势与短板。最后基于实证分析探索了进一步提升京津冀城市群生态承载安全保障的思路。
Objective evaluation of ecological carrying security of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is of great significance for promoting the idea of urban agglomeration development layout with prominent functions, complementary advantages, coordination and order, and improving the overall regional comprehensive carrying capacity.Based on the yearbook data, this paper constructed the evaluation index system of Ecological carrying security based on PSR model, and evaluated the Ecological carrying security status of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by combining entropy method and TOPSIS method.Based on empirical analysis,the ecological carrying security status of each city was quantitatively analyzed horizontally and its evolution trend was analyzed vertically.Finally, based on the empirical analysis, this paper explores how to further improve the ecological security guarantee of beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.
