随着中国经济进入“新常态”,河北经济发展增速放缓、增长乏力、在全国地位不断下滑。以新发展理念为指导,推进河北经济高质量发展,是河北面临的重大机遇与挑战。河北经济的高质量发展战略重点是转换新旧动能,推进供给侧改革;推进产业转型升级,城乡并举,实现产业与区域协调高质量;严格环境保护,实现生态文明高质量;积极参与“一带一路”建设,实现对外开放高质量;关注民生问题,发展成果由人民共享。

As China’s economy has entered the "New Normal", Hebei’s economic development growth rate has slowed down, the growth has been weak, and its status in China has been declining. Guided by the new development concept, promoting the high-quality economic development of Hebei is a major opportunity and challenge faced by Hebei. The high-quality development strategy of Hebei’s economy focuses on transforming new and old momentum and promoting supply-side reform;promoting industrial transformation and upgrading in both urban and rural areas, and achieving high-quality coordination between industry and region;strictly protect environment to achieve high quality of ecological civilization;actively participating in the construction of the "Belt and Road" to achieve high quality of opening up to the outside world;paying attention to people’s livelihood issues, and sharing development results by the people.
