摘要
泡菜生产废水COD高、NH_(3)-N高、盐分高、含油,根据水质特点,为满足运行稳定和节省运行成本要求,设计处理工艺为隔油/调节池+常温UASB+氧化沟+二沉池+三沉池+精密过滤器。常温厌氧,可节省蒸汽约1.4万吨/年;采用环境友好和节能型的磁悬浮风机,其罗茨风机能耗的70%,对UASB产生的沼气加以利用,年可节省标准煤约700 t。运行数据表明,常温、高盐分的情况下,处理系统各水质指标(COD、NH_(3)-N和总磷)去除率都大于95%,达到排放要求。
Kimchi production wastewater has high COD,high NH;-N,high salinity,and oil content.According to the characteristics of water quality,in order to meet the requirements of stable operation and save operating costs,the treatment process included oil separation/regulation tank+normal temperature UASB+oxidation ditch+secondary sedimentation tank+tertiary Sedimentation tank+precision filter was designed.Anaerobic at room temperature could save about 14000 tons of steam per year.Using environmentally friendly and energy-saving magnetic levitation fans with 70%of the energy consumption in Roots blowers,the biogas produced by UASB could save about 700 tons of standard coal per year.Operating data showed that under normal temperature and high salinity conditions,the removal rates of each water quality index(COD,NH_(3)-N and total phosphorus)of the treatment system were all above 95%,which met the emission requirements.
