摘要
采用光-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)、热-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)、Fe^(2+)-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)、光/Fe^(2+)-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)、以及超声-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)等5种活化体系对造纸废水深度处理中有机物降解的效果进行了研究,考察了pH、温度、初始Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)浓度、Fe^(2+)浓度、Fe^(2+)浓度以及超声频率对造纸废水COD降解的影响。结果表明:5种体系对造纸废水COD降解效率比较为:热-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)(84.2%)>光/Fe^(2+)-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)(79.2%)>光-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)(41.5%)>Fe^(2+)-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)(32.4%)>超声-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)(21.6%)。综合对比经济和处理效率,热活化体系耗能低、处理效率高且无外界离子的引入,为过硫酸盐高级氧化技术处理制浆造纸废水的最佳活化体系。
This study was designed to investigate the degradation effect of organic pollutants in the deep treatment of papermaking wastewater,which used the hv-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8),heat-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8),Fe^(2+)-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8),hv/Fe^(2+)-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8),and ultrasound-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)as the activation methods.The effects of pH,temperature,initial Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)concentration,concentrations of Fe^(2+)and Fe^(2+),and ultrasonic frequency on the COD degradation in papermaking wastewater were investigated.The result showed that the degradation efficiency of COD for papermaking wastewater was 41.5%,84.2%,32.4%,79.2%,and 21.6%,respectively.Based on the comprehensive comparison of economy and treatment efficiency,the heat-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)system had low energy consumption,high treatment efficiency,and no introduction of external ions,which was the best activation system for the advanced oxidation technology of persulfate to treat papermaking wastewater.
