野生软枣猕猴桃种子表型变异分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了揭示软枣猕猴桃遗传变异程度和变异规律,分别采用描述性统计、方差分析、多重比较、相关分析和聚类分析方法,对8个野生软枣猕猴桃群体的种子表型多样性进行研究。结果表明,软枣猕猴桃种内变异丰富,种子表型变异系数为7.77%~23.15%,平均值为13.51%;各性状在群体间的差异均达到极显著水平,且种子大小和重量基本遵循东北地区群体>华东地区群体>西北地区群体的渐变趋势,中温带的软枣猕猴桃种子比暖温带的大且重;软枣猕猴桃种子重量与种子大小呈显著或极显著的正相关关系;8个软枣猕猴桃群体被聚为两类,其中,辽宁地区4个亲缘关系较近的群体被聚为一类。 In order to figure out degrees and laws of phenotypic variation,phenotypic diversity of seeds from 8 wild populations of Actinidia arguta was analyzed by the methods of descriptive statistics,variance analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis,etc.The results showed that extensive genetic variations were detected,and seed phenotypic differentiation coefficients were varied from 7.77%to 23.15%,with an average value of 13.51%.The differences of all traits among the groups reached a very significant level.The general ranks of the seed size and weight for different area populations from big to small were as follows:northeastern populations,eastern population,northwestern population.Actinidia arguta seeds from middle temprature zone were both bigger and heavier than that of warm temperature zone.Seed size and weight characters had significant or extremely significant positive correlationship with one another.The 8 Actinidia arguta populations were then clustered into 2 groups.iIn liaoning area 4 populations hinting close relationship were cluster into one category.These results could afford basis for germplasm resources conservation,varieties breeding and innovative utilization of Actinidia arguta.
