摘要
研究不同温度条件对7种锦鸡儿属植物种子萌发率的影响。结果表明,荒漠锦鸡儿种子的最适萌发温度为30℃/20℃,种子的最高萌发率为41.3%;绢毛锦鸡儿种子的最适萌发温度为15℃和15℃/8℃;粉刺锦鸡儿种子的最适萌发温度为15℃/8℃;边塞锦鸡儿种子的最适萌发温度为15℃,种子的最高萌发率为42.7%。不同温度条件对多刺锦鸡儿种子萌发率没有显著影响。
The characteristics of the 7 varieties of Caragana Fabr.plant seeds and the germination rate under different temperatures were studied.The results showed that the optimum temperature for C.roborocskyi seed germination was 30℃/20℃,and the maximum germination rate was 41.3%.The optimum germination temperature for C.hololeuca seeds were 15℃and 15℃/8℃.The optimum germination temperature for C.pruinosa seeds was 15℃/8℃.The optimum germination temperature for C.bongardiana seeds was 15℃and the maximum germination rate was 42.7%.There was no significant effect of different temperature conditions on the seed germination rate of C.spinosa.
