2种外源激素对蕨麻苗期生长的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为明确外源植物激素IAA和GA_(3)对蕨麻苗期生长的影响及生理作用,本研究以苗期蕨麻为对象,结合主成分分析方法研究不同浓度IAA和GA_(3)对蕨麻苗期形态指标及生物量的影响。结果表明,随着2种激素浓度的增加,蕨麻相关农艺性状指标呈先增加后降低的趋势,分别在25 mg/L IAA和100 mg/L GA_(3)的处理下达最佳促进效果,且各指标均呈显著正相关,具有相互促进的作用。100 mg/L IAA和150 mg/L GA_(3)的处理下蕨麻幼苗部分指标表现不佳,因此在生产中不建议超过此浓度。研究表明,IAA和GA_(3)能在一定浓度范围内促进蕨麻苗期各农艺性状指标的提升,具有提高其内在品质和经济效益的潜力。 Effects of exogenous plant hormones(IAA and GA_(3))on the growth and physiological effects of Potentilla anserina L.at the seedling stage were studied.In this work,taking Potentilla anserina seedlings as materials,setting 6 levels of indole acetic acid(IAA)concentration and gibberellin(GA_(3))concentration,combined with the principal component analysis method,the effects of different concentrations of IAA and GA_(3) on the morphological indexes and biomass of P.anserina L.seedlings were studied.The results showed that with the increase of the concentration of the two exogenous plant hormones,the related agronomic traits of P.anserina L.seedling increased firstly and then decreased,and reached the maximum under the treatments of 25 mg/L IAA and 100 mg/L GA_(3),respectively,and the indicators showed a significant positive correlation,which had the effect of mutual promotion.Some indexes of P.anserina L.seedlings under the treatment of 100 mg/L IAA and 150 mg/L GA_(3) does not perform well,so it was not recommended to exceed these concentration ranges.Therefore,IAA and GA_(3) could significantly promote the improvement of various agronomic traits in the seedling stage of P.anserina L.within a certain concentration range,and had the potential to improve its quality and economic benefits.
