威宁短柱油茶苗木质量分级研究 被引量:4

摘要 为掌握威宁短柱油茶苗木质量分级标准,为贵州威宁短柱油茶主栽培区苗木检验提供依据,调查贵州省威宁县、贵阳市、玉屏县培育的一年生、两年生、三年生威宁短柱油茶苗木的主要生长指标,通过主要指标相关性分析,提出以苗高和地径作为威宁短柱油茶苗木分级指标,采用K-均值聚类和平均值±标准差2种方法开展苗木分级标准研究,初步制定了威宁短柱油茶苗木分级标准。结果表明,威宁短柱油菜苗木分级标准为:二年生播种裸根苗,Ⅰ级苗,D≥2.50 mm,H≥15.0 cm;Ⅱ级苗,2.50>D≥2.0 mm,15.0>H≥10.0 cm;二年生嫁接容器苗,Ⅰ级苗,D≥2.5 mm,H≥24.0 cm;Ⅱ级苗,2.0>D≥2.50 mm,24.0>H≥15 cm;一年生播种容器苗,Ⅰ级苗,D≥2.50 mm,H≥12.0 cm;Ⅱ级苗,2.50>D≥2.0 mm,12.0>H≥10.0 cm;二年生播种容器苗,Ⅰ级苗,D≥3.0 mm,H≥17.0 cm;Ⅱ级苗,3.0>D≥2.50 mm,17.0>H≥12.0 cm;三年生播种容器苗,Ⅰ级苗,D≥5.0 mm,H≥32.0 cm;Ⅱ级苗,5.0>D≥4.0 mm,32.0>H≥22.0 cm。 In order to master the quality grading standard of Camellia weiningensis Y.K.Li.sp.nov.and provide the basis for the seedling inspection in the main cultivation area of Camellia weiningensis Y.K.Li.sp.nov.in Guizhou.This paper investigated the main growth indexes of one-year,two-year and three-year old seedlings of Camellia weiningensis Y.K.Li.sp.nov.,from Weining,Guiyang and Yuping of Guizhou.Through the correlation analysis of the main indexes,the seedling height and ground diameter were proposed as the grading indexes of Camellia weiningensis Y.K.Li.sp.nov.K-means clustering and mean±SD were used to study the seedling grading standard,and the preliminary grading standard of Camellia weiningensis Y.K.Li.sp.nov.was established.The seedling grading standards were as follows:2-year-old bare root seedlings,gradeⅠseedlings,D≥2.50 mm,H≥15.0 cm;gradeⅡseedlings,2.50>D≥2.0 mm,15.0>H≥10.0 cm;2-year-old grafted container seedlings,gradeⅠseedlings,D≥2.50 mm,H≥24.0 cm;gradeⅡseedlings,2.0>D≥2.50 mm,24.0>H≥15.0 cm;1-year-old container seedlings,classⅠseedlings,D≥2.50 mm,H≥12.0 cm;classⅡseedlings,2.50>D≥2.0 mm,12.0>H≥10.0 cm;2-year-old container seedlings,gradeⅠseedlings,D≥3.0 mm,H≥17.0 cm;classⅡseedlings,3.0>D≥2.50 mm,17.0>H≥12.0 cm;3-year-old container seedlings,classⅠseedlings,D≥5.0 mm,H≥32.0 cm;classⅡseedlings,5.0>D≥4.0 mm,32.0>H≥22.0 cm.
