摘要
采用新型窄分布固体MACO催化剂,应用于醇醚反应中,考察了反应温度,反应压力,催化剂浓度等因素对催化效果的影响,确定该催化剂的工艺操作参数为反应温度145℃,反应时间100min,反应压力0 3MPa。由此得到的平均加合数为3的C12 14醇醚产品,其分布指数大于98%,游离醇含量低于16%,选择性接近100%,醇醚收率达79%以上。
